"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Make corn bread according to package directions. Melt butter and cook celery, onions, and spices until vegetables are soft and tender. Let corn bread cool. Crumble into large mixing bowl. Add toasted bread crumbs, slightly beaten eggs, butter and vegetable mixture; add broth until mixture is of a consistency that individual "dressing" patties can be formed. Place in a large baking dish; pour additional broth over "dressing" to almost cover. Place aluminum foil over dish and bake at 375º until browned.

Adjust spices to personal taste-a touch of added sugar is also a good addition.
