1 15oz can Salmon
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 C chopped Onion
1/2 C finely chopped Green Pepper
1/2 C fresh Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 T Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Peel
1/2 tsp Rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions:

Drain Salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vergetable oil or grill until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
