1 lb hamburger

1 medium onion, chopped

1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 head lettuce

1 or 2 cups cheese, mild grated

1 tomato

1 16 oz can kidney beans

tortilla chips


Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer.

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add drained kidney beans, chopped tomato, hamburger mixture and cheese. Toss lightly. Add broken tortilla chips to salad or put chips on plate, top with salad mixture and favorite salad dressing.
