Broccoli Casserole

1-16 oz. box of broccoli.
steam it until it pretty well cooked but still crunchy
Melt 2 TBSP. of butter
stir in 1/4 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. flour
2 cups milk
Cook until thickened and kind of bubbly. Remove from heat and add cream cheese.
Cream cheese
Top with Ritz crackers

Take those little round crackers and smash them and sprinkle them on top.

Bake 350 for about 30 min.
