1 tsp. allspice
2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
onion to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
½ tsp. minced garlic
2 T. chili powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
4 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
1 t. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
shredded cheddar cheese for topping (optional)

Directions:

Thicken with cornstarch/water mixture to desired consistency. Double recipe to fill a crock pot.
