1/2 c oil
1/2 c melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c sour cream (milk)
1 3/4 c sugar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 c grated zucchini
4 Tbsp cocoa powder

Frosting:
1 c brown sugar
4 Tbsp 1/2 and 1/2 cream
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 c chocolate chips

Alternate frosting:
3/4 c white sugar
3 T milk
3 T butter
1/2 chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the cake ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 35-40 minutes at 350. You can make cupcakes and bake them for 18-20 minutes. Frosting: mix sugar, cream and butter in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute and stir in chocolate chips. Beat for 1 minute. Spread on cooled cake/cupcakes. Alternate frosting: mix sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute and add the chocolate chips. Spread on cooled cake/cupcakes.
