2 cans Veg-All, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz Crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350º.
