Sweet Potatoes:
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
5 ounce can evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cube and boil sweet potatoes until tender. Mash potatoes in a large bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into a 2-quart casserole.

Topping:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
