2 cans (4 oz) Old El Paso whole green chilies
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Seed chilies, cut in thin strips. Layer chilies and cheese in oiled casserole dish. Combine eggs, flour and milk and pour over all. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
