Pumpkin Pie Recipe

1 large can of pumpkin
1 cups sugar
tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
tsp nutmeg
tsp cloves
6 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 pie shells

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Thoroughly combine all ingredients
3. Pour into unbaked pie shells and crimp edges high
4. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes
5. Turn oven temperature down to 375 degrees, and bake for an additional 35 minutes
