Chocolate Cream with Raspberries Recipe

5 c. fresh raspberries
2 T. sugar
2 T. Triple Sec
8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 c. marscapone cheese
2 tsp. orange zest
3 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, toss the raspberries with the sugar. Set aside. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan set on low heat, then whisk in the cheese. Remove from the heat. Add the orange zest.

Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the chocolate mixture one third at a time. Spoon servings into parfait bowls.
