Crust:

1 1/2 Cups Flour
7 T Crisco Shortening
1/2 tsp Salt
4 T Cold Water (more if needed)

Filling:

4 Cups Boysenberries
3/4 to 1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 T Flour

Top Berry Mixture:
4-5 T Butter

Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out crust on wax paper until 1/4 thick

Mix berries, sugar, lemon juice and flour together. Pour berries in a 9" x 9" pan and add 4-5 Tablespoons of sliced butter on top. Place crust on top of berries and crimp edges. Make 10-12 cuts on into the crust to vent the berries so they don't explode. Top with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
