3 c. sliced zucchini
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed and drained
½ lb. Velveeta, cubed
10 saltine crackers, crushed (1½ c.)
½ c. (10 oz.) tomatoes and green chilis
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Layer zucchini, corn, Velveeta cubes and crushed crackers in 2 qt. casserole dish. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, green chilis, egg and milk. Pour over crackers.

Bake 30 minutes.
