Potatoes
Block cheddar cheese
Cream of mushroom soup 1 -2 cans
Onion
Milk 1/2 cup per can of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup and milk.

Small amount of soup mixture on bottom of pan. Layer potatoes, onions, salt, pepper & cheese. Continue layering ending with cheese.

Bake @ 350 for about 2 hours.

If it seems to dry while cooking add a little milk around the edges of the pan.
