1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp celery seed
salt and pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbs cornstarch

Mix cornstarch with a bit of water to remove lumps and add to other sauce ingredients.
