1c unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2c milk
1/2c chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2Tbsp oregano
1 1/2tsp salt
2tsp basil
1lb Italian sausage
1lb beef
3/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2c low sodium beef broth
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
2tsp pepper
1/2tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except meat and let sit 10 minutes. Add meat and mix well. Preheat oven to 400º. Form golf ball size meatballs and place on broiler pan (hint: either cover top and bottom with foil or generously spray pan with cooking spray before using to help with clean up). Cook 20-25 minutes. Can use promptly or freeze.
