1 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c sugar
1 c heavy cream
1 stick (½ cup) salted butter, cut into pieces
3 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, gently whisk together the cocoa powder and sugar.
Whisk in the cream, then turn heat to medium and whisk as it warms. When the mixture starts to heat up, add butter and stir until melted. When hot add vanilla and stir to combine.

Let sauce cool in pan for 5 mins. Then transfer to mason jar.

Store in fridge (it will become more solid as it chills). To serve, scoop out the amount needed and place in a microwave safe dish. Heat for 20 seconds or until melted and warm.

Drizzle over your favorite ice cream!
