One small package macaroni, cooked
1 cup Longhorn cheddar cheese, diced
1 cup sweet pickle, diced
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
Chopped pimentos (optional)
Salt and pepper

Dressing:
to 1 cup Miracle Whip
1 tsp. mustard
Sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Cheese and pickle amounts may be adjusted to suit taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
Dressing: In a mixing bowl, mix Miracle Whip, mustard and enough sweet pickle juice to make a dressing. Pour over macaroni (macaroni will absorb the dressing after a few hours so a small amount of pickle juice can be added to moisten before serving). Refrigerate.
