1 1/2 cups water
2 Tablespoons baby oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup salt
4 Tablespoons cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and oil in small bowl and set aside. Combine flour, salt and cream of tartar in a large saucepan. Over medium heat, pour the water/oil mix into the flour mix, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until a ball forms. (Use double boiler if possible.) Cool dough for 5 minutes and then knead with hands until smooth. Divide dough into smaller portions and add food color. (If you don't want food color on your hands, make only 1/2 recipe and add food coloring to the water mix before adding to the flour mix. Store in refrigerator in small baggies when not in use.
