Line a 2- 3 quart bowl with foil, extending about 2 inches beyond the side; lightly grease foil. Microwave butter in a 4-quart bowl sprayed with no stick cooking spray on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows; stir to coat. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and smooth, stirring after 45 seconds. Microwave an additional 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add cereal; stir with wooden spoon to coat well. Press cereal mixture firmly into prepared bowl, pressing against side and bottom to create thick shell. Cool in cool, dry place 4 hours or overnight or until firm. Using foil as handles, lift out cereal mixture; carefully peel off foil.
