5 lb sugar
1 gallon hot water
1 pint lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
To make Simple Syrup:
Pour 5 lb sugar into a gallon jug. Fill the jug with hot water.
Stir until sugar dissolves and solution is clear.
Store in refrigerator.

To make 1 gallon lemonade:
Combine 1 pint lemon juice and 2 pints Simple Syrup in a gallon container. Finish filling container with water and ice. Stir well.
