Ingredients:  
One and one-half pounds cured ham, chopped
1 pound fresh pork
1 cup cracker crumbs
½ cup tomato juice
2 eggs, beaten

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ cup water


Horseradish Sauce:
2 tbsp. horseradish, soaked in milk
2 cups Miracle Whip
Catsup to taste

Mix all together to serve on cooked ham loaf.

Directions:
Mix cured ham, fresh pork, cracker crumbs, tomato juice and beaten eggs. Shape into a loaf.
Mix brown sugar, vinegar and water together; simmer and baste onto loaf. Baste continually as the loaf bakes.
Bake at 350º for 1½ to 2 hours.
Serve with Horseradish Sauce.
