1 large lettuce head
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
8 oz. sharp shredded cheese
1 pkg. nacho chips
1 (46 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. bottle Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion and mix together in large bow. Add cheese and crushed nacho chips. Mix in Thousand Island dressing. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Add kidney beans to ground beef and heat until beans are warmed. Add ground beef mixture to salad mixture in bowl and mix thoroughly.

This is a great potluck dish. When my kids were younger, I would take this to the ballfield and the kids would eat it in between games.
