1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 c. margarine

jam for filling

top:
1 c. white sugar
2 c. coconut
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla or almond
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first ingredients like pie dough, and fit into baking pan (8" by 8"). Bake 10 minutes at 350.
Then cover with jam.
Top layer: mix together the other ingredients, put over the jam, put the whole thing into the oven for 30 minutes.
