3 jalapenos, remove seeds
2 large green peppers (or 2 cups)
1 large onion (or 1 cup)
4 c tomatoes , peeled & cut into med to large chunks
18 oz tomato paste (about 2 cups)
1 c white vinegar
c sugar
1 can corn (or 1 cups frozen)
tsp cumin
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.

If canning:

Ladle into hot jars, leaving inch (headspace)
Process 20 mins in hot water bath
