2# Ground Sirloin
1 1/2 c. Chopped Onion
2 minced Garlic cloves
2 T. Flour
2 t. Salt
1 t. Sugar
2 cans Whole Tomatoes
2 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
4 T. Mexene Chili Powder (or to taste)
1 t. Cumin
2 c. Water (or Beef Broth, if preferred)
1 can Beans (Pinto or Goya Pink Beans)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions, garlic, flour, salt, and sugar. Once meat has browned thoroughly, add remaining ingredients and cook for 20-30 minutes. Serve with Saltines and cheese. Enjoy!!

This delicious chili recipe came from the kitchen of Glenda Spivey, a long time friend from our childhood. She happily shared it with us. It has become our favorite chili!
