5 - 6 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Dash of salt
Whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Pour into freezer container. Fill to fill line with whole milk. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

*In the last few years, I have started adding heavy cream to this for an extra creamy taste.
