2 cans cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 13x9 in baking dish. Bake at 350 oven for 30-45 minutes.
