Salad:
8 cups town hearts of romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped grilled chicken
1 large Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Vinaigrette

White-Wine Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 envelope Good Season's Italian dressing mix

Directions:

Salad:
Place the prewashed lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add the chicken. Core and chop the apple (but do not peel) and add to the bowl. Add the cheese and pecans. Drizzle with dressing and toss and serve.

White-Wine Vinaigrette:
Mix all ingredients together and shake or stir well. Serve immediately. Makes 1 cup.
Leftover will keep for one week at room temperature.
