12 large cucumbers
6 large onions
cauliflower

Sauce

3 cups vinegar
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, scrape, seeds out and cut in cubes. let stain in brine for 2 hours with 1/4 cup salt mix cucumber, cauliflower and onions together.

After cucumbers are drained, put in sauce and cook till thicken. Do not boil. don't add vinegar first because it will cause flour to go lumpy.
