Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
4 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water together until stiff. Mix pecans into this mixture. Then mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix into pecan mixture. Stir until nuts are covered. Place on baking sheet and bake at 250 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
