2 bunches of fresh broccoli, cut
1 small onion, diced
1/3 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1 cup instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onion in lightly salted water. Drain. Add melted butter or margarine, rice, soup, and milk. Mix well. Put into baking dish, add shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
