3 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 small garlic clove
½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground veal or sausage
3 cups tomato sauce or juice
salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup cooked rice
4 green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, celery, ground beef, and veal or sausage. In a bowl, add cooked rice and tomato sauce. Drain ground beef and veal or sausage and add to rice mixture. Cut tops off of green peppers. Spoon meat/rice mixture into green peppers. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350º.
