7 to 10 lb. whole pork tenderloin
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned Salt
Extra Heavy Aluminium foil
Water

Directions:
Wash the meat. Tear off aluminum foil about 10 inches longer than each end of the meat. Place meat in the center of foil. Season all sides heavily with the salt, pepper, seasoned salt. Roll up and seal the top, leaving the ends open. Pour 1 cup water in each end and seal up ends. Place in roaster or roasting pan. Bake at 450º in roaster or your oven. Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. Test at 1 hour 45 minutes. If not fork tender, seal back edges and bake until fork tender, checking every 15 minutes. Can be cooked outdoors on your grill at very high heat.
