6 Large Peeled Potatoes - Sliced thin
Ham (Cubed)
2 tbs. Butter
2 tbs. Flour
2 Cups Milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Make rue with butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk. Layer potatoes and ham. Pour sauce over. Bake for 40 minutes covered. Uncover and cook till tender.
