1 Cup Flour
tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Brown Sugar - Packed
2 Eggs
1 Cup Shortening
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Quick Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough. Roll in balls; roll in powdered sugar and bake for 12 minutes.
