Ingredients:  
1 large jar of mincemeat
1 cup chopped apples
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
1 cup raisins
1 cup cherry preserves
1 cup sugar
2 prepared piecrusts for a two-crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Pour into 2 pastry lined pie pans. Cover with second pastry and bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.

*This is a family favorite, especially for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
