2lb FROZEN boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

16oz Sour Cream

2pk Onion Soup Mix

8oz sliced mushrooms (optional)

12oz medium egg noodles or rice. Cooked according to package directions.

Directions:
1. Place FROZEN chicken breast in bottom of crock-pot

2. Mix soup, soup mix and sour cream in bowl until well blended

3. Pour mixture over chicken breast and add sliced mushrooms.

4. Cover and cook on low 6 – 8 hours

5. Remove chicken breast from Crock-pot and shred. Return to crock-pot and stir to combine with gravy.

6. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
