3 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 heaping Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together in saucepan. Add milk and egg yolks. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Pour into prepared pie shell.

*Optional: Make meringue using egg whites OR top with homemade whipped cream.
