Ingredients:  
2 lb bag of frozen hashbrowns (cubed) Thawed.
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 cups corn flakes (crushed finely)
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in a roaster pan.
Blend the 2 Tbsp of butter (Melted) into the finely crushed corn flakes.
Spread corn flake mixture evenly over the top of the hashbrown mixture.

Bake at 350-degrees for 40-50 minutes.
