1 lb Butter
1 Cup Flour
2 lbs Shrimp
8 Cups Chicken Broth
½ Cup Cooking Sherry
2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
1 Pint Whipping Cream
1 Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tbs Tyme

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with flour to make paste. Slowly add broth until smooth. Add parsley, onion, garlic, and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cooking sherry and shrimp. Add cream and cheese last. Stir until melted.
