Jello Poke Cake Recipe

1 pkg SuperMoist White cake mix.
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg (4-serving) Jello Brand Gelatin (your favorite flavor)
1/2 cup of cold water
Cool Whip or a whipped frosting.

Pre-heat the over to 350-degrees F.

Grease and flour 2 round pans, or one 9x13in rectangle pan.

Prepare and bake the white cake as directed on the box.

Cool the cake.

Prick the cake with a large serving fork or the straight end of a wooden spoon at 1/2 intervals.

Pour boiling water over jello in a bowl. Stir until the jello is fully dissolved.
Stir in the cold water

Spoon the jello over the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Cover the cake with whipped frosting/cool whip.
Store in the refrigerator.
