This recipe is for a 9x13in pan. Half the recipe if making a round pie pan.

1 cup of very soft butter.
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Graham cracker crust
Cool Whip (small container) or your favorite whipped topping.

Graham Cracker crust.
I use Crushed Graham Cracker box recipe.
For 9 x 13in pan.
2 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
8 Tbsp butter - melted
Mix well and pat into the bottom of the 9x13 pan.
Bake for 3-4 minutes in 350-degree oven.

Pie Filling:
Cream butter and sugar until well blended.
Blend in the vanilla
Blend in the unsweetened chocolate which has been melted and cooled.

Beat in eggs, One at a time. Beating for 5 minutes on medium speed after each egg is added.

Place onto cooled graham cracker crust and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Spread cool whip over the top and add sprinkles or dark chocolate shavings for decoration.

Keep refrigerated.
