1 C. (about 1/4 Lb.) fresh mushrooms sliced through cap and stem. 2 T. Onion, chopped 2 T. Margarine 2 T. All-Purpose Flour 2 C. Chicken Broth 1/2 C. Light Cream 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Sauté onions in butter for 5 min. in large pan. Blend in flour, Add Broth. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Cool slightly. Add cream and seasonings. Heat through. serve at once. Serves 4-6
