1 1/2 cups Butter Flavor Crisco
2 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
4 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 375-degrees F.

Cream brown sugar and crisco first.

Add eggs, milk and vanilla

In a separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat with a mixer, medium speed.

Fold in the chips.

Put large scoops of cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake between 8-10 minutes.
