1 cup mashed potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
1 yeast cake

1/2 cup lard
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand covered overnight.

In the morning add remaining 3 ingredients and then add enough flour to make workable like bread. Knead 10 times on floured surface, flatten out to around 2 inches and cut with round/biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet and place in hot oven and bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until done.
