1 ½ c. uncooked small pasta shells, boil until done
1 Tbsp oil
3 c. shredded lettuce
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c. shredded cooked chicken (may substitute tuna or crab}
1-10 oz. pkg thawed peas

1 c. mayo
¼ c. sour cream
2 green onions, diced
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Thoroughly mix the dressing and pour over the above ingredients.

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp parsley
