2 lbs. Green beans
1 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 heads of dill
2 cups water
2 cups vinegar
cup salt
4 pint jars

Directions:
Directions:
Pack beans lengthwise into the 4 jars.
Add 1 clove garlic, tsp. Pepper, 1 head of dill to each jar.

Combine the other ingredients (water, vinegar, salt) in a pan and boil.
Pour over the beans.
Cap and process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
Remove from bath, tighten and let cool.

You can use this for cornlettes, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower as well.
