1 29 oz can Sweet Potatoes drained
1 9 inch frozen pie shell, unbaked.
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown suar
2 eggs.
4 tbsp butter, melted.
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmet
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whip sweet potatoes with mixer to soften and remove excess strings. Add remaining ingredients & mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell & bake for about one hour or until center is firm. Cool before slicing.
