5-7 tart apples
1 unbaked 9 in. pastry shell (I use Never Fail Pie Crust recipe)
c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
c. sugar
c. flour
⅓ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pare and slice apples and arrange in unbaked pie shell.
2. Mix c. sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.
3. Mix c. sugar with flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
4. Bake at 400 F for 45 min. or until done.
