5-7 tart apples
1 unbaked 9 in. pastry shell (I use Never Fail Pie Crust recipe)
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. sugar
¾ c. flour
⅓ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pare and slice apples and arrange in unbaked pie shell.
2. Mix ½ c. sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.
3. Mix ½ c. sugar with flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
4. Bake at 400º F for 45 min. or until done.
